When your spirit feels broken, when you sometimes feel lost and have little or no energy, a chakra alignment and clearing may bring a renewed sense of self with renewed energy. I find that the Heart chakra is, for the most part, where old energy is held, whether the old energy is from a loss, sadness, and/or simply old pain which has not been processed, has not healed and may be stuck. When I do chakra work, old energy is always released.

You may want to light a light-coloured candle and burn your favourite incense ~ and listen to soft soothing music during our chakra session. I will be clearing and cleaning your chakras during our session together, and I will also align your chakras with your heart at the end of our session. Aligning your chakras with your heart will also assist in grounding and centering you.
At the end of our session together, I will email you a summary of our session. I will also make any recommendations I may have which will support you in keeping your body and soul aligned with your heart and keeping your chakras open and clear.
